Red Kite Cottage Visitors Book
Red Kite Cottage was a conversion of one of a pair of adjoining barns carried out by a previous owner. Fully redecorated by the present owners and double glazed throughout, with UPVC windows and door. It stands in front of, but to one side of the main farmhouse, and comprises a living area with TV/DVD and Freeview box, electric fire, kitchenette and breakfast bar, a double bedroom* with electric radiator and electric blanket on bed, and en suite shower room/toilet. Shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Kitchenette is equipped with a Fridge,
combi microwave oven grill, electric toaster, electric kettle,
and twin electric hobs
and extractor fan. In addition to two stone seats in front of the cottage
guests have the exclusive use of garden furniture
immediately inside the owners
garden, alongside the cottage
The living area and bedroom are fully carpeted.
All bed linen and towels are included, as is electricity.
Undercover
storage available for sporting equipment, such as bicycles, canoes etc.
*a single folding bed can be made available in the lounge area, upon advance notice,
for a supplementary charge of £5 per booking,
if single beds required,
but the accommodation is not suitable for three persons.

| Exactly what we had hoped for. Fabulous rural location from which to explore the magnificent countryside. Loved Laugharne, Mumbles, Aberporth and Cenarth Falls.
